Learn About Our Childcare Center
Our family daycare offers the best of both worlds. At this time, we are licensed to offer premium care for up to 75 children. We have a low child-to-employee ratio, which ensures your little one gets excellent care while you are free to work or enjoy time away from home! All children aged 8 weeks - 4 years can enroll at this location, there's an extra charge for late pick-ups after 5:30 pm on weekdays!
Our Current Rates
2-4 Year Olds
$137.50 Per Week ($148.50 for Non-Potty Trained)
Toddlers
$154.00 Per Week
Infants
$165.00 Per Week
Each family is given 5 vacation days yearly.
How Our Payments Work
You are required to make your child's tuition payment each week in advance with cash, check, ACH or Procare they will not be able to attend class.
If it is later than Wednesday when we close for the day and no money has been exchanged then there will be an additional $5 fee applied per day for the 2 weeks following.
After 2 weeks, if your account isn't paid, unfortunately, your child will no longer be accepted into our program.
Arrivals & Departures
Upon arrival, we ask that you sign in to our main office and then escort your child to our professional caregiver.
Anyone picking up your child must be listed on your child's information form and we check I.D. for verification. To ensure your child's safety, we do ask telephone callers to verify the information.
Please have your child at daycare no later than 9 AM unless prior arrangements have been made with the director.
Additional Information
Emergencies
It's a parent’s worst nightmare, their child is injured. If your child is injured, you will be
contacted immediately. Our team of doctors and nurses at Jackson Co. Memorial Hospital are always on call, ready to respond quickly with emergency treatment.
Illness
You are required to supply an up-to-date immunization record on your child. If they are not up-to-date with immunizations and present symptoms such as a high fever or contagious illness, they will get sent home from daycare!
Misbehaving
Your child will be given an incident report for hitting, biting, kicking, and other behaviors. Every effort will be made to correct these actions organically, however, if they don't stop and we may have no choice but remove them from our program!
Food & Play
Please dress or supply clothing for your children that are suitable to play in. No food should be brought into the center, as we provide a nutritious lunch and snacks! If you know of any allergies your child may have please inform our staff so we can ensure safe foods.
